Good news here in Maryland - press release

The USDA just approved our label for "Chesapeake Bay Bratwurst",   this new Bratwurst flavor add's a little "crabby" attitude to our backyards picnics, and our pre game tailgate parties!

The Chesapeake Bay Brat when grilled, steamed or boiled, gives off the aroma of a pot of Chesapeake Blue Crabs steamed with local crab seasonings.  And did I mention flavor! The juices of this fresh linked brat has the crab flavor locked within each casing.

First batch is going to be made tommorrow, and samples are going out soon after. Webpage will be ready in a few weeks.

Steve, talking about hungry....Man I just cooked up some on the Grill.   Didn't cook any onions or peppers though.  I've always cooked brats by simmering with water and margerine. The deer brats would burn if you didn't keep a close eye on them while grilling.  But these are Pork based brats, so they stay juicy.......

Was gonna take the summer off and have fun, but gotta get to work now getting these things in stores!
